Valentino Cervini is a Music Composer and Orchestrator from Italy. Being a hardcore gamer as well he developed a deep interest in music for videogames. His style is eclectic, blending orchestral tradition, pop elements and electronica in a unique and personal way. His focus on videogame music brought him to a passion for interactive music and ways to design a score for non-linear media. These features led him to work in several projects of various genres. His latest works in videogames include:

Verho-Curse of Faces (Kasur Games/ presented at Gamescom 2025), Battle Tanks–Animal Wars (Kasur Games/ on Steam), Mirror of Colorness VR (Videogame in VR/Kettu Games), Falling Star ( Kettu Games/ Winner of Best Audio and Music at 420 Game Jam) and many others.

He scored for other media too, his music is part of the Original Soundtrack of the movies: Il Santo di Carne (Feature Film Starring the famous italian actor Enrico Lo Verso) and Quel dolore non è immobile (Feature Film directed by Giulia Giapponesi).

He co-composed the music and provided sound design to Etiquette and Dyonisus two commercial campaign for the international brand Prosecco DOC.

As a Concert Music composer he had his pieces played by some prestigious italian orchestras. In 2023 the Orchestra Metropolitana di Bari played his piece Coriolano Recomposed: an original composition based on Beethoven’s Ouverture for Coriolano, op.62. In september 2025 the Orchestra di Sanremo is going to play the original piece Kintsugi he co-composed.

As an Orchestrator and Arranger he worked on various live productions with the FFM Orchestra, writing for various types of ensembles from big 70 piece orchestra to hybrid ensembles featuring modern instruments. The repertoire spans from Ennio Morricone to Hans Zimmer to Italian Pop Songs.

He worked as a session guitarist in many soundtracks for movies like: Scappo a Casa(2019) and The Land of Dreams(2022) composed by Fabrizio Mancinelli.

Developing an early passion for classical music he started playing the violin as a kid but eventually dropout being more interested in the creative side of music. The subsequent love for the guitar and modern music brought him to the conservatory where he earned a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Guitar. Parallel to this he studied composition, counterpoint and orchestration with private teachers until enrolling the Master Degree in Composition for Film and Games at the Conservatorio “Francesco Venezze”, where he studied with the Award winning composer Marco Biscarini (David di Donatello prize), and graduated with the highest marks.
